Obama's Got Connecticut's Seven!
There are ten days to go until the Presidential Election! And Connecticut’s 7 electoral votes seem to be going to Obama. Currently Obama has a 54.4% lead over McCain’s 39.4% according to pollster.com’s “Trend Estimate” and is “Solidly Obama” according to politico.com’s “Swing Map.”

50 States in 50 Days-- USAToday and ABC News Team Up and Visit Connecticut
As 50 States in 50 Days visits Greenwich, Connecticut on October 6,2008-- "Wall Street waves unsettle Connecticut"-- Charisse Jones of USA Today reports that Jeff Ramer, a long time native of the town and 64 year old attorney, is "concerned that the money we put aside for retirement has taken a great hit." Ramer claims in the story to have once leaned more Republican in political views, but that the economy hit "has solidified his desire for political change — and his support for Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama."
